Residential House
Description
Residential house design with a minimalistic style within the budget of the client.
The planning of the space plan is designed and considered to be as open as possible (open plan). The height of the interior spaces is also designed to be as high as possible to allow the air circulation, as Pontianak has a really humid weather, so the occupants could reduce the use of electricity in the house.
Green area on the front and the back of the house are purposely designed as such so it allows the house to breathe well.

Description
A 90sqm restaurant.
The aim is to create a mini plant-and-harvest restaurant as well as to educate the occupants about growing your own vegetable.
Mini planter boxes are incorporate as wall art to create more texture and also to create the possibility to plant and harvest your own vegetable and herbs even when you are indoor.

Description
A 90sqm cafe.
The aim is to create a warm and cozy space for the occupants to chill and spend time leisurely.
Wood and plants are incorporated together to create a "rain forest" ambience, as the concept of the design is to create nature within the space. Touch of vintage compliments are added to the spaces as well to create a traditional ambience.
